REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.0 GENERAL POLICY Nexedge Solutions operates as a service-based agency. Because our work involves the immediate allocation of professional man-hours and creative resources, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

2.0 CANCELLATION OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • 1.1 Notice Period: For ongoing Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop management, a 30-day written notice is required to terminate the contract.

  • 1.2 Final Billing: If notice is given mid-month, the client is responsible for the full fee of that final month of service.

3.0 REFUND RESTRICTIONS

  • 1.1 Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, including completed video edits, website coding milestones, or monthly management terms already performed.

  • 1.2 Deposits: For Shopify and WordPress development, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once the design discovery and mock-up phase has begun.

  • 1.3 Third-Party Fees: We do not refund any payments made to third parties (e.g., Amazon PPC spend, Shopify App fees, Domain registrations).

4.0 DISPUTE VOIDING Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a credit card provider or PayPal without first contacting Nexedge Solutions will result in the immediate termination of all active services and the voiding of any pending refund requests.
